You will find that this avocado salsa recipe is perfect for topping most any Mexican dish.
I usually make up a double batch, and freeze half for next time we need a quick dip or are in the mood for fish tacos.
This salsa recipe isn't too spicy, you can add more chopped peppers if you like it hotter. Or even add a dash or two of hot sauce... depending on your own taste.

This salsa recipe differs from a traditional guacamole recipe as it does not have any chopped tomatoes or cilantro.I do add some cilantro on occasion, I think the cilantro adds a nice zip to the overall taste and lends a texture to the creamy avocado.
