Herbed Bagel Chips
It's easy to make these bagel chips in either a conventional oven or a toaster oven. I keep mini bagels in the freezer for when the need to make a quick dip cracker or a fun snack that's easy to "take along" with you. Simply slice the bagels into thin, about 1/4" - 1/18" slices, like slicing a banana. You want to have potato chip like slices.
It's easy to change up the flavor by simply using different spices. One good alternative is to use both basil and oregano along with the garlic powder for an Italian flavor.
