Elegant Beef Roast
When you slice this beef roast into serving sections, your guests will be in awe of your cooking skills! Because of the clever use of carrot strips, each slice will be decorated with a carrot "ribbon". Talk about special! And this is one of the best easy beef recipes. Cut the garlic into long slivers. Chop the onions and the celery. Drain the tomatoes.
