We love this beef stroganoff recipe, because it's easy and very quick to get on the table.
| Make this easy beef stroganoff anytime you need a 30 minute meal!
I like to buy the London Broil when it is on sale, and then slice it up and freeze it in zip-type bags. When I need fast, healthy meal some of the prep work is then already done.
When you work with frozen sliced beef, cook at a lower temperature, and allow a few extra minutes for cooking. |
