| This could easily be served as an uncooked side dish, but we like to steam the vegetables until tender crisp, then drench in cold water before assembly. Immediate drenching in cold water lends a vivid color to the veggies. |

| 1 | Wash and stem the vegetables. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Chop the onion (you may want to use only half an onion). | | 2 | Cut the broccoli and the cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces.
