Light and fluffy buttermilk biscuits! Simply the best buttermilk biscuit recipe we have tasted, and you know there is no comparison to this homemade biscuit recipe.

What compliments this buttermilk biscuits recipe? Everything and Everyone!

I use good ol' Crisco® brand solid shortening, but you can easily substitute unsalted butter in this homemade biscuit recipe.

It's important to note that they may brown a bit more if you choose to use unsalted butter.

Either way, these homemade buttermilk biscuits will rise up light and fluffy... every time you bake them.
