Low Salt Chicken Strips

Chicken Strips
 
 
2 lbs    boneless, skinless chicken  
2 tbs    olive oil  
2 cloves    garlic  
6   green onions, chopped  
1/4 cup    marsala wine  
4 tbs    lemon juice  
 
1 Slice the chicken into 1/2" wide strips.
2 In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute the strips along with the garlic and the onions. Cook until lightly browned and the vegetables are tender. Remove from the pan
3 Into the pan add the wine and the lemon juice. Deglaze the pan over high heat.
4 Return the chicken to the pan just to re-heat and serve immediately.
