Christmas Fudge Recipe

Roz Warren was kind enough to contribute her favorite Christmas Fudge recipe with us.

Roz tells us that this simple recipe has been in her family for generations, or at least as long as Zachary's has been making their creme drops.

With only two ingredients and very little time you too could have a pan of these yummy treats.

Christmas Fudge Recipe

 Magic Crème Drops Fudge

1 bag    Zachary Old Fashioned Crème Drops
1 cup    unsalted peanut butter

1 Place the Zachary Old Fashioned Crème Drops in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 30 seconds. Stir when cycle ends, and repeat for an additional 30 seconds.
2 Add the peanut butter and stir well. Microwave this for another 30 seconds. Stir when cycle is done.
3 The goal is to not melt the mixture completely, but to get it soft enough to mix well and be soft enough to spoon.
4 Spoon mixture into a 1 qt baking dish and let it cool completely.
