| 1 | Peel and mince the onion. Mince the garlic. Peel and mince the ginger. Cut the ribs into individual portions. |
| 2 | In your crockpot, combine the catsup through the garlic. Mix well. |
| 3 | In a large skillet, brown the ribs on all sides, remove to the crockpot, and stir gently to cover with sauce. |
| 4 | Cover and cook for r5-6 hours on low. Transfer ribs to serving platter. Skim fat from top of sauce. |
| 5 | Mix the cornstarch with the water. Mix a little of the sauce into the cornstarch. |
| 6 | In a saucepan, bring the sauce to a boil and slowly add the cornstarch mixture. Cook until well thickened. |
| 7 | Pour sauce over ribs and serve with the rice. |
