Easy Salmon Recipe - Maple Glazed Salmon

Easy Salmon Recipe, using your broiler or grill, is one of the family favorites. This particular Maple Glazed Salmon recipe is sweet and spicy!

Salmon is one of the most adaptable of all the easy fish recipes.

Use nice sized salmon fillets, as thick as you can find, and cook them for 5 min per 1 inch thickness.


This easy salmon recipe is soon to be one of your favorites, as it is ours. The combination of heat with the sweet adds a nice "kick" to what could be an ordinary seafood entree.

Maple Salmon

 Maple Glazed Salmon
 
 
2 tsp    paprika  
1 tsp    chili powder  
1 tsp    ancho chili powder  
1/4 tsp    cumin seed  
1 tsp    brown sugar  
24 oz    salmon  
2 Tbs    maple syrup  
 
1 Heat broiler to high.
2 Combine first 5 ingredients, and rub onto the fish fillets.
3 Broil fish 4 minutes, baste with the maple syrup, turn fish, baste again and broil another 4 minutes, until done when tested with a fork. Do not overcook.
