Cold Soup Recipe - Fresh Pea Soup Recipe

Take advantage of your local farmer's markets when the produce is plentiful, typically in the spring and summer. Frozen peas can be used, but you will loose the real "fresh" taste that only fresh peas will lend this cold soup recipe.
