Maple Glazed Salmon

Maple Salmon

 Maple Glazed Salmon
 
 
2 tsp    paprika  
1 tsp    chili powder  
1 tsp    ancho chili powder  
1/4 tsp    cumin seed  
1 tsp    brown sugar  
24 oz    salmon  
2 Tbs    maple syrup  
 
1 Heat broiler to high.
2 Combine first 5 ingredients, and rub onto the fish fillets.
3 Broil fish 4 minutes, baste with the maple syrup, turn fish, baste again and broil another 4 minutes, until done when tested with a fork. Do not overcook.
