Juicy Juicy Juicy!!! Gorgonzola Burgers with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Gorgonzola Burger on Homebaked Bun

 Gorgonzola Burgers with Sun Dried Tomatoes
 
 
1 1/2 lbs    freshly ground chuck  
1/2 tsp    salt  
6 oz    Gorgonzola  
8   sundried tomatoes, drained and chopped  
 
1 Preheat your grill.
2 Grate the cheese.
3 In a large bowl, gently break apart the meat into small sections. Sprinkle with the salt and add the grated cheese along with the sun dried tomatoes. Mix gently.
4 Form 8 patties, 1/3" thick each. Make a small depression in the center of each one and grill over medium high heat.
