Homemade Mayonnaise

Home Made Mayonnaise

 Low Salt Mayonnaise
 
 
2   egg whites  
2 tsp    white wine vinegar  
1 tsp    lemon juice  
3/4 cup    vegetable oil  
 
1 Add the egg whites, vinegar, and lemon juice to a food processor or a blender. Pulse a few times to combine well.
2 While the machine is running, slowly pour in the oil through the hole in the top cover. Continue to process for about 2 minutes.
3 Refrigerate until ready to use. This will keep for up to one week, refrigerated

Yield: 16 Tablespoons
