Honey Wheat Bread

Honey Whole Wheat
This is a wonderful no-salt whole wheat bread. It bakes up a large loaf, 1 1/2 lb, 16 slices, or 12-16 good sized rolls. We sometimes use this recipe in the dough cycle, and let it take it's final rise in a greased bread pan, or shape into rolls , and let rise  for 1 hour. We then finish baking it in our oven set to 375* for 35 minutes, 12-15 minutes for rolls.. That way we don't have the "hole" in the bottom that the bread machine leaves.
2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
1 2/3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs honey
1 1/4 cups water
1 Place all in your bread machine and set to basic bake.
2 Eat up!
