Rich Hot Fudge Cake Recipe

Hot Fudge Chocolate Crockpot Cake
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 Tbs feather weight baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbs unsalted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups hot water
1 Sift one cup of the brown sugar with the flour, 3TB cocoa powder, baking powder and salt together to remove all lumps.
2 Melt the butter and reserve. Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray.
3 Whisk in the milk, butter and vanilla.
4 Spread evenly over the bottom of your crockpot.
5 Mix together the remaining sugar and cocoa powder. Sprinkle this evenly over the batter in the crockpot. Pour in the hot water, but DO NOT stir.
6 Cover and cook on high for about 2 hours, until done in the center.
7 Spoon into individual bowls and top with ice cream, if desired.
