Whatever your meal plans are, if it's Italian, it is certain to have plenty of homemade bread. Most of these recipes are achieved with the help of a bread machine. The Cuisinart Automatic Convection Bread Machine is by far the BEST bread machine we have ever used (and we have used most of the top brands over the past several years).

And certainly, of course, you may always mix and rise your doughs without a machine. Keep the proportions the same and you should have great results. First, proof the yeast in the liquid which should be warmed to aprox 100*. Then, mix all, let rise in a warm place for one hour, punch down and shape, let rise again for an additional hour, then bake. Normal bread baking is at 375* for aprox 25 minutes. Roll will take a shorter bake period, usually about 12 minutes.
