Japanese Chicken Wings Recipe
Japanese chicken wings are one of the easiest appetizers you can make. Plus, these teriyaki chicken wings are inexpensive to serve, too. I sometimes tuck these into a picnic basket because they are as wonderful to enjoy cold as they are a hot appetizer. You can make the marinade in a few minutes by using your food processor or blender.
| Be certain to use low sodium soy sauce for this chicken wing recipe. Although this chicken wing recipe is higher than our typical low sodium recipes, the average serving here are 4 wings per person. You will find the the combination of vinegar and spices add so much flavor to this dish, that perhaps you can experiment here. Have some fun! Try this recipe with using just half the recommended amount of soy sauce and use an equal amount of filtered water as a replacement for all soy sauce. |
