These chops can be prepared in the broiler just as easy as on the grill.
Be certain not to overcook the chops, medium rare is much more flavorful when you are preparing lamb. |
If you have the butcher cut 2" chops for you, they will be tender and juicy.
If you choose to cook them a bit longer, take notice that they may dry out too much. A careful watch on the grill will save your chops.
