Lamb Chop Recipe Grilled to Perfection

It's easy to fix an elegant meal like this lamb chop recipe. Using the grill makes it fun, too!


Of all the lamb recipes this one is a standout.

These chops can be prepared in the broiler just as easy as on the grill.

Be certain not to overcook the chops, medium rare is much more flavorful when you are preparing lamb.


If you have the butcher cut 2" chops for you, they will be tender and juicy.

If you choose to cook them a bit longer, take notice that they may dry out too much. A careful watch on the grill will save your chops.

Grilled Lamb

Grilled Fennel-Cumin Lamb Chops

1 clove garlic
3/4 tsp ground fennel seed
1/2 tsp ground cumin seed
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 lamb chops
1 Combine the garlic and the spices. Rub generously on the lamb chops. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, covered (or up to 24 hours).
2 Meanwhile, heat your broiler on high.
3 Cook the lamb, for 6 minutes, and then turn and continue to cook for an additional 6 minutes. Remove to serving platter.
