Low Salt Horseradish



Low Salt Horseradish

 Low Sodium Horseradish
 
 
2/3 cup    horseradish root  
1 tsp    vegetable oil  
1 tsp    cider vinegar  
1/8 tsp    black pepper  
 
1 Peel and cut the horseradish into small pieces, 1" or less.
2 Place the horseradish into a food processor or blender. Process until finely minced. Add the oil, vinegar and the pepper. Process until smooth.
3 Keep refrigerated until ready to use. This should keep for up to 2 weeks refrigerated.
 
Servings: 16
Yield: 1/3 cup
