Low Salt Stuffing Recipe


Low Salt Stuffing

Low Salt Vegetarian Stuffing
2 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp sage
1 tsp rosemary
tsp thyme
1 zucchini, diced
2 onions, chopped
2 granny smith apples, cored and diced
1 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 Preheat the oven to 350*.
2 Combine the eggs with the herbs and mix thoroughly. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the almonds, and mix well.
3 Place into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray and bake, covered, for 1 hour. Top with the almonds, and serve.
