Grandma Ev's MM Cookies

"These MM Cookies brought back wonderful MEMORIES of my Mom's baking, thank you!"


Grandma Ev's MM Cookies, made with Hershey's m&ms

Grandma E's Special MM Cookies, made with m&ms
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
12 oz m&m semi-sweet baking pieces
1 Preheat oven to 350*
2 Cream the butter with the sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
3 Combine the flour,baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Blend in the butter mixture. Stir in the m&m pieces.
4 Drop by tablespoonful onto a cookie sheet, 2" apart. Bake 10 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned and the centers are still soft.
Servings: 36
Yield: 3 dozen
