Discover These Top No Salt Cookbooks

Everyone needs to have at least one or two low sodium, no salt cookbooks in their recipe library.

How do you choose which one to buy? Simple! I can highly recommend these top choices from among the many titles available.

I review several cookbooks as they become available, experiencing recipes from each chapter. These low sodium cookbooks have been selected based on easy instructions, available nutritional data and most importantly TASTE of the recipes as prepared.

David Anderson's cookbook (below) is a solid, basic choice to begin with. When you wish to step out a little and become more creative with your low sodium cooking, try one or two of the other recommended choices.

As always, you can shop securely right here, through Amazon.

Low Salt Favorites by Bobbie Mostyn

One of the best No Salt Cookbooks to be published in years. A new twist on old favorites makes this pick one of the top low sodium cookbooks available.

I really like how this author shows you how to adapt your favorite recipes to adhere to a low sodium diet.

The included recipes that I tested and tasted were all very good.

There is additional information on how to find low sodium products that I found helpful.

The No-Salt Cookbook by David Anderson

If you are going to invest in only one book, this is the one. Simple easy to follow advice and recipes making this book a real standout.

From breakfast to desserts, the 12 chapters that make up this cookbook are brimming with excellent information and helpful tips.

Written from some one who has "been there done that" and truly understands how difficult it can be to reduce your salt intake. Encouraging, helpful and tasty recipes all in one package!

The Rice Diet Cookbook by Kitty Rosati

I actually began eating like this before I knew it was a labeled diet. We love rice. and I fix rice for breakfast most mornings (when we aren't having oatmeal) topped with fresh fruit and usually we have more rice again, with the evening meal.

Tom lost over 20 lbs simply by incorporating rice into his diet. That was more than 9 months ago and he has kept it off.

And he has more energy than before. Basically, the Rice Diet Cookbook is a winner if you are not only trying to reduce sodium but want to feel healthy and loose a few pounds. I recommend this book to everyone.

The Idiot's Guide to Low Sodium Meals

Don't laugh, this is really a good book!

Sometimes we just need to see things in a different light and that is how this Idiot's Guide has approached the no salt added approach.

The recipes are very tasty, I have not tried them all but the few that I have tasted have not needed any adjustments at all.
