To Your Health Oatmeal!



Beneficial Oatmeal

 Good Start Oatmeal Breakfast
 
 
1/2 cup    uncooked oatmeal  
1 cup    distilled water  
3 Tbs    flax seeds  
3 Tbs    raw sunflower seeds  
1 Tbs    sesame seeds  
5   dried figs  
2/3 cup    soy milk  
 
1 Measure the oatmeal into a small saucepan. Add the water, cover and cook until it begins to boil. Remove from heat, covered, and let sit for 10 minutes.
2 Remove the hard stems from the figs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3 When the oatmeal is cooked, remove the cover and add all the rest of the ingredients. Stir to mix and pour all into your bowl.
