raw sunflower seeds |

Measure the oatmeal into a small saucepan. Add the water, cover and cook until it begins to boil. Remove from heat, covered, and let sit for 10 minutes. |

Remove the hard stems from the figs and cut into bite-sized pieces. |

When the oatmeal is cooked, remove the cover and add all the rest of the ingredients. Stir to mix and pour all into your bowl. |
