Moist and Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

Everyone loves these warm and wonderful oatmeal cookies!
Did you realize that oatmeal is one of the best foods you could choose to eat to lower your blood pressure?

You will notice that there is more oatmeal in this oatmeal cookies recipe than flour.

Because there is more oatmeal in this recipe, your finished cookies will be moist and tender, just like the ones from the bakery shop that you pay too much for.

Adding cinnamon is a welcome taste treat, and it wakes up your taste buds to all the wonderful flavor this cookie offers.

This cookie recipe is easy to make, and could certainly be made up a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator until you are ready to bake them.

There is a small amount of salt, and baking soda. These ingredients are necessary so that your cookies will not taste flat. Overall, the sodium level in this recipe is far below any pre-baked cookie you would buy at the market, and you know how fresh they are!
