Bread Machine Pizza Dough Recipe

"This is the original Bread Machine Pizza Dough Recipe just like the FAMOUS pizzerias!"

Make this perfect pizza dough recipe right in your bread machine. Of course, you can easily use this same recipe for pizza dough to mix by hand, too.

I find that if I place all the ingredients into the bread machine 2-3 hours before I plan to bake the pizza, the timing is perfect to allow for just a small rise before placing it into the oven.

Tip: When your bread machine pizza dough recipe is ready to roll out, turn your oven on to 500* to get ready for perfect pizza baking. It's important that your oven is completely up to temperature before you bake your pizza so that the crust is crispy on the bottom, and baked through.

Tip: Make this pizza dough recipe up to 3 days before you plan to serve pizza. Spray a plastic bag on the inside with baking oil spray, and store your freshly made dough in the refrigerator for a later time.

Simply remove it from the refrigerator, and roll it into shape at least 1 hour before it goes into the oven, to allow it to rise just a little.
