Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Enjoy this easy Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipe which can be simply marinaded in advance, and smoked on the grill while you relax.
Marinade the pork overnight in the refrigerator for best results.
The addition of lime to the marinade helps to tenderize the meat so that is "melt in your mouth" good.
Combining cumin and the other specified herbs along with your minced jalapeno pepper gives this grilled pork loin recipe a wonderful, smokey not-too-hot flavor that is unique to this pork recipe.
My favorite way to grill this pork tenderloin recipe, is to use Outset Cedar Planks . You may have experienced the wonderful smokey flavor that plank grilling lends many foods at higher end restaurants.
The reason I like these Outset Cedar Planks far more than some that may cost a few dollars less is that the flavor is true cedar, not a blend of various woods that would dilute your grilling efforts.
These cedar planks get better and better with each use. I suggest that you keep several on hand, and use one only for your fish grilling, another specifically for your meats, one for vegetable grilling, etc. That way your flavors stay true tie and time agin.
