Slow Cooked Pulled Pork

1   onion  
1/2 cup    ketchup  
2 Tbs    paprika  
1 tsp    cayenne pepper  
1 tsp    salt  
1/2 cup    cider vinegar  
1/2 cup    molasses  
2 Tbs    Worcestershire sauce  
1 tsp    black pepper  
1/2 tsp    smoke flavoring  
4.5 lbs    pork shoulder, boneless  
 
1 Mix all ingredients except for the pork.
2 Place the pork shoulder in the crockpot and cover with sauce mixture. Cook on high 8-10 hours.
3 Remove the roast from the crockpot. Let sit 15 minutes. "Pull" the pork apart with two forks into shreds.
4 Serve on warmed buns with some of the sauce on top, or as an entree with sides.
