Reserve. together. | | 3 | With an electric mixer on high, beat the eggs and sugars in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and the oil. Add the pumpkin and mix well. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. | | 4 | Pour into a 15 x 10 jelly roll sized pan, ungreased. Bake 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean when poked into the center. | | 5 | With an electric mixer, beat all the icing ingredients together, reserving the nuts.
