Red Pepper Bruschetta
"This Red Pepper Bruschetta is so EASY to make and DELICOUS!"
| Allowing the red peppers to "smoke" in a paper bag for just a short time makes all the difference in the taste of this low sodium recipe.
You can easily prepare most everything in advance and then broil your Bruschetta just before serving.
Pair this easy appetizer up with a mug of soup and you have a meal in under than 30 minutes.

Slice the peppers into small strips. | | 6 | In a bowl, mix the peppers with the oil, garlic and the chopped basil. | | 7 | On a baking sheet, arrange the bread and toast under the broiler until golden. Remove from the broiler and top with the red pepper mixture.
