Banana Vanilla Dream Shake

This Vanilla Banana Shake Recipe is the perfect between meals pick you up. Banana is fused with potassium, which helps reduce the overall sodium in your system.

1   banana  
1/4 tsp    vanilla  
 
Pour everything into your blender and blend on high for one minute. Enjoy
