The Best Low Sodium Spinach Dip Recipe
"Scott tells me that this Spinach Dip recipe gave him the CONFIDENCE to entertain more than just once a year!"
Sometimes, I like to add some chopped red pepper to add bit more flavor to this easy cold appetizer recipe. The additional color perks up what can be "just another spinach dip recipe".If you have some onion on hand, either red onion or the green salad type onions, you may want to add them to this dip recipe. On buffets, I serve this low sodium recipe up in a sourdough bread bowl, using the torn up "insides" of the bread to surround the sourdough bowl so guests can use them to spread this great tasting dip on. And for those of us who are on sodium restricted diets, I also add some low sodium crackers alongside.
