The Best Low Sodium Spinach Dip

Low Sodium Spinach Vegetable Dip

 Spinach Dip
 
 
1   package frozen spinach, or 1 lb fresh spinach, cooked and chopped and well drained.  
1 cup    low salt mayonnaise (or simply make your own!)  
4 oz    can water chestnuts, drained and chopped  
8 oz    sour cream  
1   package Low Sodium Vegetable Soup Mix  
 
1 Drain the spinach well.
2 Mix all ingredients and place in a sealed container.
3 Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
 
Servings: 8
