Tummy Soother Juice

"Since I have been including Tummy Soother Juice in my daily diet, I rarely have an upset stomach anymore."



Avoid excess sodium by eliminating the celery from this recipe.

Substitute one more carrot to replace the celery, if you wish.

5   Carrots  
1   beet  
3   apples  
1/2 oz    ginger  
2   celery stalks  
 
1 Cut the apples into wedges and remove all seeds.
2 With your juicer running, place each ingredient into the feed tube, alternating additions.
3 Enjoy!
