Turkey Sandwich Lettuce Wraps

Turkey Sandwich Lettuce Wraps

Turkey Sandwich Lettuce Wraps
8 oz sliced low sodium turkey
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup sliced red peppers
4 soft bread sticks
4 large lettuce leaves.
1 Divide the thinly sliced turkey slices into 4 portions. Overlap turkey slices so the meat is the same length as the breadsticks.
2 Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on the each of the meat slices.
3 Portion out the grated carrots and sprinkle them over the cream cheese which is on the turkey, then top with a portion of red pepper slices.
4 Roll the turkey with toppings over the bread sticks. Wrap each of the rolls with one of the lettuce leaves to cover.
5 Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate to set.
