Mom's Wheat Germ (special) Brownies

 Mom's Wheat Germ Brownies
 
 
2 cups    graham cracker crumbs  
1 can    condensed milk  
1/2 cup    wheat germ  
1/2 cup    chocolate chips  
1 tsp    vanilla  
 
1 Pre heat oven to 350*
2 Mix all together and spread into a well-greased 8.5" square pan.
3 Bake for 25 minutes.
