Delicious Zucchini Sticks Recipe

So many of us have tasted these crispy, delicious snacks at local diners, or sometimes fast food restaurants.

Now, you can make this Simple Vegetarian Recipe in your own home kitchen ... without all the added salt! They taste wonderful ...

Zucchini Recipe

 Zucchini (green or yellow) Sticks
 
 
2   eggs  
2 Tbs    water  
1 1/2 cups    flour  
4   zucchinis  
1/2 cup    vegetable oil  
 
1 Beat the eggs with the water in a flat bowl.
2 Cut the zucchini into 3" sticks (3" x 1/3" x 1/3").
3 Place the flour in a flat bowl or plate.
4 Dip the zucchini sticks into the eggs, then roll in the flour
5 Heat the oil in a deep skillet or saucepan. Fry the dipped zucchini in the heated oil about 1 minute. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel.
